WILD ANIMALS:

POSTER ILLUSTRATION

For this project, I drew inspiration from the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF), a leading international non-governmental organization dedicated to conservation efforts worldwide. The poster aims to raise awareness about the plight of three endangered animals, each representing a different ecosystem: a turtle for the ocean, a tiger for the ground, and a macaw for the sky.

To create the poster, I hand-drew the animals on paper and then scanned the images into Photoshop for manipulation. Using various techniques, I blended the animal illustrations with images of water, plants and the sky to convey the interconnectedness of these ecosystems. The dark tones used in the composition emphasize the urgency of the animals' endangered status. Additionally, I included poignant words on each poster, culminating in the word "extinction," to underscore the critical message and purpose of the artwork. Through this project, I aim to shed light on the importance of conservation efforts and the need to protect vulnerable species and their habitats.

Let's get to know each other.
