Au Four began in a small Venezuelan town, where waves of European migration brought new techniques, ingredients, and stories. Our family later relocated to Chile, carrying those recipes, and the soul behind them across borders. Today we’re a bakery & pâtisserie devoted to true craftsmanship: small batches, unhurried methods, everything made from scratch by hand. From daily breads to delicate pastries and celebratory cakes, we recreate the flavors of our childhood the ones that spark joy in a single, delicious bite honoring tradition while baking with Venezuelan heart in our new Chilean home.
